We then moved to secure cloud-based file collaboration. This single move improved productivity, accuracy, and security by 1000%. We had been managing our documents on an in-house file server and emailing versions for review which required people to be in the office and made version control impossible. Now versions are automatically archived and employees can work on the documents from any location on any device. Furthermore we can now securely share electronic documents with our clients; which was impossible with traditional email.
